National Socialism

National Socialist jurisprudence relied heavily on the foundations laid by evolutionary legal theory and legal positivism. The crux of this idea combined a nationalistic form of popular socialism and a pseudo-scientific type of social-darwinism. The result of this was a glorification of a powerful centralised state.
